NCHA Strategic Partners Workers’ Compensation Fund

The NCHA Strategic Partners Workers’ Compensation Fund, in partnership with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, was formed in October of 1993 to provide high quality coverage and service, as well as to save premiums for NCHA members. North Carolina Healthcare Enterprises, now called NCHA Strategic Partners, formed the Fund to serve the insurance needs of the member hospitals. McNeary, Inc., now Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, provides the marketing, loss control and consulting services. Allied Claims Administration handles the claims for the Fund.

In 2021, the Fund announced that its members will receive more than $1.2 million in distributions, normally called dividends, based upon favorable operating results.
