NCHF Social Impact Program Announces Funding to Support Improved Health Outcomes and Economic Development
The North Carolina Healthcare Foundation (NCHF) is pleased to announce it is currently accepting grant applications for its 2025 Social Impact Program in Robeson County. Priority will be given to requests for projects and programs that are providing solutions to transportation barriers as a social driver of health that build community trust and enhance collaboration around transportation models. This year’s round of grant funding totals $300,000. It’s the second allocation of a three-year, $900,000 investment in Robeson County as part of NCHF’s Social Impact Program funded by the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust.
Creating stable rural health services that meet the changing needs of North Carolina’s rural communities is an organizational priority for NCHF, which is done in part, through their Social Impact Program. The Social Impact Program creates partnerships to improve health outcomes through community-led, long-term solutions and sustainable collaborative investments.
Completed applications must be submitted online by May 16, 2025. The online grant portal closes at 11:59 p.m. and will not accept late submissions. Learn more about the Social Impact Program and this year’s grant program on our website.
