NCHA Announces 2025 Board Chair and Trustees

Raleigh, NC – January 17, 2025 – The North Carolina Healthcare Association (NCHA) announced Frank Emory Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Novant Health, as chair of its 2025-2026 Board of Trustees. He has been a trustee since 2022 and is currently serving a second three-year term on the board. The board oversees NCHA’s strategic plan and operations in line with the association’s mission to improve the health of North Carolina communities by advocating for sound public policy and collaborative partnerships.   

Mr. Emory joined Novant Health in 2019 and oversees legal, government relations, risk management, corporate audit, and compliance. Mr. Emory also chairs the Equity Committee of the NCHA Board of Trustees.
