
Tatyana Kelly
Senior Vice President, Planning, Strategy & Member Services
Tatyana Kelly is the Senior Vice President of Planning/Strategy & Member Services at the North Carolina Healthcare Association (NCHA). She has been leading strategic planning and deployment efforts at NCHA for over 10 years. Most recently, she led efforts to develop a comprehensive workforce strategy, to include a communications campaign to attract teens to the healthcare workforce, on the current state of North Carolina’s workforce. She led Association efforts to assist members in their response to COVID-19 through her coordination with state and federal agencies and partners. She has oversight of NCHA’s education, data programs, emergency management, workforce, workplace violence, and all other member service functions.
Prior to joining NCHA, she was with Kaiser Permanente of Georgia for 13 years, in a variety of roles. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s degree from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She is active in volunteer organizations regionally including The Triangle Modern Quilt Guild, where she helps organize work to donate quilts to the Durham Foster program. She lives in the Raleigh area, with her husband and daughter.
