Support Disaster Relief Fund

The NC Healthcare Foundation has activated its Disaster Relief Fund to help hospital employees and communities in western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene‘s unprecedented flooding.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, western North Carolina has been left reeling from historic flooding, leaving entire communities submerged. Homes and businesses have been destroyed, and thousands of people are displaced, facing the daunting task of rebuilding their lives. Among those affected are the dedicated healthcare workers who have been on the front lines during the storm’s aftermath, providing critical care to those in need while grappling with the personal toll the disaster has taken on their own lives.
